From zero to $3M ARR: Designing a category-defining data platform for financial institutions.
At Teladoc, my team and I reimagined how members begin their health journey. Instead of jumping straight to numbers and targets, we introduced a guided goal-setting experience that encourages members to reflect on their deeper "why", using purposeful motion and thoughtful UX to ground them in both health metrics and aspirational goals.
We tested and iterated across multiple rounds of research, blending UX design, motion graphics (Lottie), and on-brand visuals to create something that felt personal and motivating.
The result? A more engaging early experience that helps members feel clear, confident, and ready with a daily agenda that connects their actions to meaningful outcomes.
